ABOUT US
Founded in 2021 by Roneece Coleman and Amanda Cannon, RAMIC Inc. strives to give back first responders and veterans, as well as local businesses. The recent events of the world, especially in the United States have cause a hardship mentally and emotionally to all. Through networking, charity, and all-around good people, RAMIC is giving back to the community by planning events such as kickball tournaments and family nights, as well as volunteering with other organizations and charities. By offering support for local heroes such as policemen, firefighters, other first responders, and our West Texas Community, RAMIC hopes to continue to grow and serve our people for many years to come.

Roneece ColemanRoneece Coleman is one of the original founders of RAMIC. I am a 13 year army combat veteran. I moved to Midland Texas in 2021 from Kentucky and started my career at the VA in Big Spring. I am very involved in the community and believe that we all must work together to create a support system for those who have earned it. My goal is to promote community unity as well as growth and prosperity in West Texas.
Like most Americans, I have experienced the strains and emotional turmoil of recent events that have taken place among us. Founding RAMIC Inc. has given me the opportunity to empower the community through the concept “It takes a village”, which is an idea that I strongly believe in and support. Starting this company will allow me to continue my patriotic duty that I signed up for so many years ago. |
Amanda CannonAmanda Cannon is one of the original founders of RAMIC. I am small town girl from Arizona. I moved to the Midland/Odessa area about 16 years ago where I have built a life and started my family. In 2015 I met my wonderful husband and in 2017 we started a small business. Working so closely with other small businesses has made me appreciate the hard work and dedication it takes to keep them up and running, especially in these hard times. Over the years I have volunteered in the community with donations, fund raisers and coaching for the YMCA, Boys and Girls Club . There isn’t anything I appreciate more than those who feel the same way I do about giving back to our community and those who put their lives on the line for us. Having so many friends and business associates that have served our country and/or community has given me a better understanding of the sacrifices they have made with no regard for themselves or their families. This is what motivates me to volunteer my time and effort to show these heroes exactly how thankful I, and everyone that participates with me are to them and their families for those sacrifices. |
